1. Strenghen our leading position in the market against our rivals through technology innovation, and to obtain the leading positions on the domestic markets for our main products.
2. Increase the annual production capacity of diacids up to 6,000 tonnes by 2009, Zirconium Oxychloride up to 40,000 tonnes, and diols up to 5000 tonnes annually. Develop more downstream products to extend our current product lines.
3. Gain entry into pharmachemical, bio-pharmaceutical and related industries.
